The Building Division provides a inspections and plan review program for all building related needs: electrical, mechanical, plumbing and structural, processes permits, and enforcement complaints, and supports historical preservation of our city.
The Planning Division is responsible for the implementation and updating of the Comprehensive Plan, developing new planning programs, and the administration of the land development code, a significant component of the Ellensburg City Code.
